Aubrey's 6th Birthday

Last Friday was Aubreys Birthday! I can't believe she is already 6! She acts like she's 13 sometimes! Aubrey has always been very independant & grown up! She started walking at 7 1/2 months and since that day, she wants to do everything on her own. She grew up really fast! But she is such a sweetheart, headstrong, but a sweetie. She always tries to make us happy and loves to take care of Hailey! She is an awesome big sister!

On Friday I took her out of school for lunch and the rest of the day. Matt and I took her to Casa. She chose Casa because they sing to you, give you ice cream, and give you a present! She said "it the most birthdayish place to go!" After lunch we went shopping for her birthday party stuff. Aubrey LOVES to shop. she didn't want to stop! she's a funny girl!

Later that night we got her a cake. mainly because she wanted us to smash it in her face! She told matt "your gonna smash cake in my face ,right dad???"

On Saturday we had her Birthday Pary. We decided on only 6 friends this time. (I didn't want to do more like we usually do and let me tell you what a difference it makes!!!) This party was easy, compared to some of the parties in the past!

She wanted a High School Musical party. I couldn't really find any decor, so we went with the whole Laua theme. Its actually a part in high school musical 2. So it worked!

We had a pizza party!, and after pizza they decorated Visors with highschool musical stickers. They loved that! they could have done that for way longer than we had time for! Then, instead of cake, they each got to make there own mud pie. We had 3 different kinds of pudding, smashed oreos, cool whip, sprinkles...the works! They actually really enjoyed doing that! It's going to be a keeper! It was a fun party!
