Aubrey's Gymnastics Parents Day

Aubrey just finished up with her very first semester of gymnastics. Last semester she was in dance and just didn't Love it. last year we watched the Olympics all the time and especially watched the gymnastic portion. Well Aubrey fell in love with it and Shawn Johnson!!! she is her favorite! whenever we try to get her to eat something we always tell her that its Shawn Johnsons favorite food!! So we ended up putting her in gymnastics in January. She went to the age group that she was supposed to be in for one class and the teacher bumped her up a class becasue she was already way ahead. Her teacher called her a natural!!! I was so impressed! so she was in a class of 5-I think 8 year olds and she was only 4 at the time, till she recently turned 5. Crazy thing is, is she is actually alot better than probably half the girls in her class. She just loves it sooooo much. she is constantly doing cartwheels, roundoffs, handstands and splits. She just wants to get better and better. She litterally does gymnastics stuff all day long. She'll walk into the living room, stop, and do a handstand, or a cartwheel. We are Happy that she has found something that she really loves and is good at. Were hopeing she gets into the advanced class soon. So she will be able to perform places!! We are so Proud of you Aubs!!!
