Soccer & Oreo Pops

Soccer has ben going on for a while now and I just never had a chance to post about it so better late than never! Poor Austin only got to play 2 games before he broke his arm!! He LOVES Soccer and he was really good this year to. His first game he Scored 3 goals and the second game he scored 2! Hopefully he will be able to finish the last part of the season and get a few more games in. Thats what we are hoping for!

Aubrey Aubrey!! She was so exited to start soccer this year! She started off really slow and wasn't really playing very hard. her first game she had no clue what was going on, none of those girls did! it was funny and frusterating at the same time.she would stop running and paying attention!! So we thought maybe it just wasn't going to be her thing. well a couple weeks agoing something hit her!! Now she plays hard and during practice she is scoring goals!! She's become a little husler!! YEAH! of course matt and I are happy about it! So now aubrey is bocoming the little leader of the team. The games are a different story! I don't know how, but we have the littlest and youngest team! all the teams we have played have a lest 3 girls who like like 7 years olds!! in a 4-5 year old league. So our poor little girls feel defeated after everygame. The other teams are just alot bigger and morea agressive. we as parents just try to keep their spirit high and tell them they did a wonderfull job even though they have not scored a single goal all season long! I'm just glad that aubrey is having fun and meeting new girls and trying!! She has been fun to watch!
The OREO POPS I have told a few people that I would post the oreo pops. I made them for aubreys soccer team last weekend.I got the idea from my friend Marti, thanxs marti! They are super easy and cute, the girls loved them! They are really good to. I used the white chocolate and I loved it. I can't wait to try it with the milk chocolate. This would also be a cute idea for visiting teaching gifts. I am going to get a block of stirafoam, put it in a little basket and make a bouqet! It should be cute! but thats another time! Anyway all you need is.......
*Double Stuff Oreos
*Chocolate , white or dark
*Scures
*Any kind of sprinkles you like Melt your chocolate first. Make sure you get double stuff oreos! All you need to do is put the scures in the oreos and dip them in the chocolate. lay them on wax paper and sprinkle! It's just that easy. they will take alittle while to fully set! Thats it! Enjoy!!

I love Aubrey's pink soccer outfit. Poor Austin does he still get to play with his broken arm?

I'm glad you liked the Oreo suckers. They're super easy and super good! I like how you did it in white chocolate.

Hey Sarah- So I saw that you guys are trying to hire more help at your business. Michael and I will be moving in with my parents for a semester (to save money before he starts is Nuclear Medicine program in August or so). BOTH of us are looking for jobs- What's the scoop? Anything administrative/secretarial I could do? How much does it start at?

THANKS!
Jill
