Chamber of Commerce Dinner

This last saturday was the annual Chamber of Commerce fundraiser dinner. Its where all of the busineses who are chamber members pay ALOT of money for dinner!, and they raise money for the chamber. We look foward to it every year! We'v gone before for Ace Hardware when Matt managed over there but this year we went for our own business! That was pretty exiting! They Have an auction , and businesses donate things for the auction. We donated a 25 gallon Arizona Ash Tree. It was actually the most bid on item there! What was funny is there were 2 ladies who were in a bidding war all night and then right before the auction closed, another lady outbid the both of them!! I thought it was funny! We actualy won the bid on 2 ipod shuffles wich i am exited about! Iv been wanting an ipod for a while now=)
Every year they have a theme and this year was "Desert Swing Band" They had a band playing the whole evening that were really good. I love the Era that they played from so it was really nice! Unfortunatly for be but not for Matt i just had surgery so we couldn't dance!! Matt lucked out! But the whole night was really fun and we were there with Emily & Sam so it was good company to. There was also a coulple at our table who the guy was really funny and was crackin jokes the whole night! So we had an enjoyable evening!
